Neville Bagot founded Three Capes Advisory in Hobart after more than thirty years advising boards, executive teams, and chief executives through major structural change.

He began as a partner at Arthur Andersen, was a managing director at KPMG Consulting and BearingPoint, and in 2004 founded Third Horizon Consulting, building it over sixteen years into a respected mid-market firm before its acquisition by Publicis Sapient in 2020. He then served as a vice president at Publicis Sapient before establishing Three Capes Advisory.

His work sits at the intersection of operating model design, capital allocation, and enterprise technology, mostly in complex, regulated, asset-heavy industries. It has included a twenty-year growth strategy for a major water utility, the integration of an eight billion dollar infrastructure portfolio, and a construction-group turnaround that unlocked more than seventy million dollars in recurring annual EBIT.

He holds an MBA with Distinction and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney.
